NOVEMBER 16 "TRAGEDY – NO CONDEMNATION"
(May 22, 2008)--Steven Curtis Chapman's longtime pastor says the Christian musician and his wife are "grieving and wailing" over the death of their 5-year-old daughter Maria, who was accidentally run over Wednesday in the driveway of their home in Franklin, Tenn.
She was flown by helicopter to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, but doctors were unable to save her life.
The Rev. Reverend Scotty Smith says he's been praying with the couple and assuring their 17-year-old son, Will, who was driving the vehicle that in Christ there's "no condemnation."
