NOVEMBER 15 "WIDSOM IN BUSINESS"
There’s an old story about a man who owned a business, he decided it was time for him to retire and turn it over to his son. So he called his son in and give him a bit of advice. “Son it’s all yours, I’ve made a success of this business because of two principles, Honesty and wisdom! First of all honesty, if you promise someone goods by the 10th of the month, no matter what happens, you must deliver by the 10th of the month, even if it costs you overtime, double time, you always deliver what you promise.” The son thought about it for a moment, said, “okay that’s honesty now how about wisdom?” The dad answered, “wisdom son, wisdom is never making such a stupid promise in the first place!”
